    Flowers Across Brisbane (FAB) is an established online florist based in Brisbane, specializing in delivering fresh flowers and plants throughout the region. The company prides itself on offering high-quality arrangements for various occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and memorials. With a strong focus on customer service, FAB aims to create memorable experiences through beautiful floral arrangements and reliable delivery services.

    The goal of the project was to enhance FAB's existing online presence by developing an intuitive and seamless e-commerce platform that would improve user experience, increase online sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Through this website, FAB wanted to provide customers with a simple, reliable way to order fresh flowers, with a user-friendly interface that enabled effortless browsing, easy customization, and secure payment options.

    Challenge

    FAB was facing several challenges that needed to be addressed to improve their online business:

    Website Navigation & Usability: The website needed to be user-friendly, with clear categories for different flower arrangements, easy navigation for users of all ages, and a smooth purchasing process.

    Mobile Optimization: As more customers were accessing the site from mobile devices, FAB required a responsive, mobile-friendly design that worked seamlessly across all screen sizes.

    Order Customization & Personalization: FAB needed a way for customers to personalize their flower orders, including options for different bouquet sizes, colors, and additional gifts (like vases, chocolates, or balloons).
